Inter Milan are interested in signing Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero on a free transfer next summer with the Argentine’s current deal set to end in June.

The Europa League runners’ up are reportedly willing to offer the 32-year-old a two-year deal with the option of an additional year.

It is believed the Italian side would be prepared to offer Aguero a salary ranging between £6.3

According to Calcio Mercato, Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte is interested in adding to his attacking options as he attempts to wrestle the Scudetto away from Juventus.

Sergio Aguero could be on his way out of Man City, and can talk to foreign clubs from January

Aguero can begin talks with foreign clubs as soon as January.

City’s record goalscorer could be a potential replacement for Nerazzuri striker Lautaro Martinez, who has been linked with a move to Barcelona.

Aguero signed for Manchester City in 2011 from Atletico Madrid for a fee in the region of £35m, the Argentine has since become a mainstay of City’s success winning four titles, a solitary FA Cup and five League Cups.

He scored 23 goals last season in a City side that massively under-performed after the previous campaign’s domestic treble.

Undoubtedly Aguero’s greatest moment in a City shirt was scoring the injury time winner against QPR on the final day of the 2011-12 season to snatch the title from Manchester United’s grasp.

However, after nine highly successful years in Manchester, the Argentine could be set to call it a day and move on to pastures new.
